About the Dean's List
Qualifications
The Dean's List honors outstanding academic achievement by undergraduate students. Undergraduate students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours at TXST and earn at least a 3.5 term GPA at the end of any Fall or Spring semester in order to receive this distinction.
What is the difference between the Dean's List and the President's List?
The Dean's list recognizes full-time students who earn a 3.5 GPA meanwhile the President's list recognizes full-time students who earn a 4.0 GPA.
Certificates are generated only for students who have been recognized on the Dean's list. For students recognized on the President's list, and any information regarding recognition events for students on either list, please lease contact the office of Academic Engagement via email at acad_engagement@txstate.edu.
