Minors

The Texas State Medical Laboratory Science [MLS] Program is now offering a
minor in Laboratory Medicine. Laboratory medicine is the single highest utilized
data utilized by physicians and other healthcare professionals from cradle to
grave. Over 75% of MLS data is utilized to provide lifesaving information on
patients with an annual testing load of 14 billion tests ordered.
