Important Application Information

The primary application to the DPT program is submitted via PTCAS and will open on June 16th. After your PTCAS application is submitted, the Texas State Graduate Admissions office will reach out to you via email with instructions on how to submit materials for the required supplemental application.

Note: There is a question in the PTCAS application that will ask for your Texas State ID number- you should leave this question blank as you will not receive your ID number until after your supplemental materials are submitted. 

In other words - You do not have to create a supplemental application on your own. It will be created on your behalf after you submit PTCAS. Submit your PTCAS application and then wait for further instruction. 

The deadline for ALL application materials (including official GRE scores) is September 15, 2025.

First, complete the PTCAS application.

After you submit your PTCAS application, you will be required to submit supplemental materials directly to Texas State. You will be contacted by Texas State Graduate College via email to supply those materials.
