Dr. Joy Boone Quality Achievement Scholarship is made possible by retired Colonel Linnes Chester, 1986 graduate from the School of Health Administration, who credits adhering Dr. Joy Boone’s high expectations of quality to his successful business, academic, and military careers.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Undergraduate senior at the School of Health Administration by the time the scholarship is awarded
  • Primary consideration given to overall quality of coursework and academic success
  • Minimum GPA of 3.50
  • University policy infractions may disqualify applicants
