    • Program Objectives

      • “Domain” level knowledge is required by state licensing bodies and is largely focused on in individual classes, however there is overlap across coursework in application, knowledge, and understanding. Students must demonstrate proficiency in each domain area and in state regulations to sit for boards to attain licensure.

      • Demonstration of knowledge regarding NAB Domain- Human Resources

      • Demonstration of knowledge regarding NAB Domain- Finance

      • Analysis of ethical concerns in practice as long-term care administrator, and application of appropriate ethical principles and laws.

      • Promote elder abuse and mistreatment awareness and prevention.

      • Apply specialty knowledge to tailor environments to specific resident populations.
